Regarding resignation of Nitish Kumar, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, thank you to Nitish ji for resigning. I thank Nitish Kumar ji. He has resigned. Whatever may have been their compulsion, there was a fear in Bihar that in one and a half years, Bihar would again be in the situation of Jungle Raj-2. If Tejashwi was crowned in his government, there would have been a lot of trouble in Bihar.
I would only say to the people of Bihar that Bharatiya Janata Party kept fighting against Jungle Raj till 2005 and we kept making sacrifices. At that time, on the strength of our organization, we made Nitish Kumar the Chief Minister from 2000 only to get freedom from Jungle Raj. Now he has resigned. I was afraid that the way Lalu Yadav was putting pressure on Nitish Kumar to crown Tejashwi, then Bihar would again come under jungle rule. Got relief from this, now Bharatiya Janata Party will not allow Jungle Raj to come. Lalu ji will not be crowned.
During this, Union Minister Giriraj Singh fiercely attacked Lalu Yadav. He said that he was trying hard to make his son the Chief Minister and was pressurizing Nitish Kumar from all sides.
